Join our Mentoring Programme. At the Volunteer Centre Kensington & Chelsea we are looking to recruit mentors to assist mentees who may have a learning disability or a mental health need. This is a great opportunity to share your experience and knowledge of life and/or work with mentees ready to undertake skills, education training and volunteering. In particular you will provide 1-1 support to help mentees with their vocational skills, including job / volunteering searches and applications. You will escort them at the initial stages of learning and volunteering, and you will provide them with practical and emotional support, helping to improve their self-confidence and self-esteem. This role requires an enhanced DBS check.
