Sing to Live, Live to Sing is an exciting new arts and health programme in Kensington and Chelsea, organised by the Royal Borough’s Arts Service. The Sing to Live, Live to Sing programme offers residents in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea aged 18 years and over, the opportunity to take part in group singing for health workshops for free. Workshops last two hours, and take place weekly in accessible community settings across the borough. Participants are invited to complete a short health survey during the workshop series, as part of the ongoing monitoring of the programme.

Sing to Live, Live to Sing is an arts and health programme run by the Council's Arts Service in partnership with Public Health. Taking part in group singing can help to improve breathin, relieve stress, develop core muscles and improve posture, as well as boosting confidence, encourageing a feeling of beloning, and improving overall mood.
