The St Cuthbert's Centre runs a project to avoid food waste which supported by The Felix Project. They will have professional chefs cooking for them and will distribute the food to homeless and people on the street.
St Cuthbert's are always on the lookout for volunteers who want to get involved and make a difference in the local community. They need people to help with daily lunch service from Monday to Friday, setting up, serving food, clearing plates and tidying away as well as those with cooking experience to help in the kitchen. Ideally, we would like volunteers who can commit time on a regular basis, be it every week to once a month.
