The Opportunity
Trustees will be able to help to develop the forum. The forum needs a Treasurer and commitee members.
The Organisation
To give older people an active voice in stating their needs and concerns on local & national issues.
To promote policies that benefit older people.
Positively combat age discrimination.
We hold events with expert speakers on current issues of concern & interest to older people.
We work in partnership with our Council and NHS to engage older people in the consultation process.
We participate in local events.
We campaign on local and national issues.
Skills / Qualifications
Experence in accounts and budgeting Experence in working and supporting paid staff.
