Stepping Stones Volunteering encourages and supports disabled people and people with mental and physical health needs so that you can become involved with volunteering.

* Contact projects you are interested in, fill in forms and arrange visits
* Visit a project by planning your journey or by coming with you
* Settle into a new project or activity
* Sort out potential problems or questions
We also offer:
* Introduction to volunteering courses to prepare and develop skills and goals
* Confidence-building and assertiveness workshops
* Opportunities to meet other volunteers, to share your ideas and become more involved.
* A reference recording your achievements after three months of volunteering on request
