Last chance to join our project and recruit professional volunteers.
FINAL CALL FOR CHARITIES TO JOIN PROJECT AND BENEFIT FROM PROFESSIONAL VOLUNTEERS.
We are looking for additional charities to join our City Skill Exchange project, contact us before December the 11th if you would like to find out more.
The City Skill Project offers a chance to take on a senior professional as a volunteer on your latest project or for something that you feel you could use a professional help for. Most of the volunteers are fresh from the City and have skills in business, marketing and financial planning.
Particular areas of interest to these volunteers include:
1) Strategic development of local organisations, this could be through becoming a board member.
2) Assisting with the development of business plans.
3) Assisting with the development of marketing plans.
You get the chance to learn from their experience and they learn how the Voluntary Sector operates.
This project matches senior professionals with projects in local charities.
Ten organisations have already expressed an interest.
We begin the matching phase of this project on December the 11th.
DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS OPPORTUNITY. CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

This project is funded by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea until April 2010. Volunteers taking part in this project are also bound by this timeframe (although some have expressed an interest in continued involvement, this is up to the individual).
