Calling all professionals; lawyers, students, teachers, bankers, architects…You are invited to Step Up, St Charles and find out how you can make a real difference in the neighbourhood by supporting local community groups as a trustee, volunteer or supporter.

Who will be at the event?
Streetlytes: They provide hot food, clothing and blankets to the poor and homeless in Kensington and Chelsea and assist London Homeless Churches Concern in preparing and serving the Monday night meals at homeless night shelters. Family Friends Being a parent is a challenging job and growing up in an inner city can be tough. Whether people are feeling low or swamped by responsibilities, Family Friends are there to help. Family Friends provide mentors and befrienders to support families, read about their volunteering roles here

Into University work with talented young people who are at risk of underachieving. Many are from ethnic minority backgrounds and other social groups underrepresented in higher education.
