When I first joined the Volunteer Centre in 2006 it came as a great surprise. Expecting to be referred to local charities for interviews, instead I was offered a role with the Volunteer Centre itself. That was a relief at the time!    I have always found it to be a friendly, helpful place in which to work along with its determined attitude to do as much for the community in K&C as possible.   

 

I work with our Volunteer Involving Organisations to help them to present their Opportunities in as attractive a way as possible when we advertise them on our website and other outlets. It’s interesting work as it shows the wide variety of volunteering that can be done in the Borough.   

 

I have lived in Earls Court  for many years,  and enjoy reading history and going to football matches  but not at the same time.
